The principle of Emergent Innovation is the result of several years of research cooperation between Markus Peschl (University of Vienna) and Thomas Fundneider (tf consulting), operating under the name of theLivingCore. The research was guided by the provision of a solid theoretical base and the application in different organisations.

Linking with up-to-date academic research is not only a pillar in the application of the principle, but it is also of decisive importance for a continuous further development of the practical LEAP process. For information concerning cooperation with us, please contact us by email.

Interviews on Enabling Space

On the basis of generative interviews we explore the potentialities of the Enabling Space, in cooperation with our interview partners. In this connection, we focus on theatre, art, architecture, design, technology and social sciences.

Interdisciplinary research on the concept of the Enabling Space

In cooperation with the University of Innsbruck (Andreas Kriwak), various dimensions of the Enabling Space are being investigated and integrated into a framework.

Emergent Innovation

The concept of the Emergent Innovation was developed within the framework of a ZIT-promoted (Zentrum für Innovation & Technologie) research project and empirically evaluated by three other organisations.
