Enabling Space 2 | Learning to See

As a first basic step, the LEAP innovation approach calls for careful but comprehensive awareness of being surrounded by circumstances waiting for a substantial change, i.e. for a profound innovation. In order to find an approach to the latent new, the LEAP process, at this point, is characterised by phases of consistent perceiving, wondering and repeated questioning.

Such precise observation and close attention requires an atmosphere, in which distraction through one’s own thoughts and organisation is reduced and one is open only for the (absolute) new. This is achieved by practicing e.g. observation, attention, learning journeys, generative interviews, questioning, etc.
