Enabling Space 4 | Experiencing Potentialities

“Listening to what wants to emerge" – The profound insight into the emergent thematic field, into its very essence and its environment, and into one’s own personality, permits the fundamentally new to force its way out of the field of potentialities and to emerge organically. Letting go and waiting is of decisive importance here. As a result, the fundamentally new appears with great certainty and coherence, as if it were a matter of course.

The systematic exploration of the potentialities has in some way unveiled the latent, which, at this very point in time, was ready to come forth as something fundamentally new. The aspects of the thematic fields, one’s personality and the organisational aptitude have come into resonance. This is the reason why knowledge and understanding compiled for the fundamentally new during the LEAP process are in organic harmony with what is already there.

This process phase requires silence and a different space so that one is solely surrounded by oneself and one’s own thematic fields. Such contemplation and the atmosphere of listening, letting-go and waiting is promoted greatly by e.g. walking in the open air or by just “inhaling pure nature”.
