New knowledge is turned into an innovation only after its successful verification in an organisation or on the market. This last phase transfers the innovation into the regular value chain of the organisation. All knowledge gained in the previous phases and regarded as being essential is entered into a blueprint for realising and implementing the individual processes within the organisation.

The experience gained during the LEAP process enables the team, to repeat or continue such innovation projects in their organisation autonomously at a later date.
