Our offer distinguishes itself from our competitors in so far as the LEAP process is a tested process from the start of change of perception to the stage of prototyping and final realisation, and is always embedded in the structural frame of the Enabling Space.
Concrete Offers
The described LEAP process lasts from 4 to 8 months and is structured into 7 workshop-like stations with intermittent innovation coaching.
LEAP module is a selection of 1- 4 day-workshops dealing with selected topics such as definition and exploration of fields of innovation and strategy, perception training, clarifying the organisation´s core, managing polarities, prototyping, etc.
Developing realisation concepts for spaces that enable successful innovation work.
Individual Adjustment
Our projects are designed to meet specific customer requirements and objectives as to the intended goals. The price of a project is either a fixed price agreed in advance or a profit-related share as agreed upon. The projects are extensively documented and the participants are given documents for the autonomous use and distribution of the tools within the organisation
